Randeesh co-founded Precede Capital in 2021 as a portfolio company of Towerbrook Capital Partners. In 2022 the Company received a commitment of £1bn of new capital from QuadReal, who also acquired an equity stake in Precede.

Karen has 15 years post qualification experience having completed her law degree at The London School of Economics. Karen was previously at Urban Exposure Plc for 7 years, as General Counsel. Karen has also worked at King & Wood Mallesons, Herbert Smith LLP and Charles Russell.

A loan portfolio manager with over 25 years banking experience, with spells at Credit Suisse, Lehman Brothers & JP Morgan. Over 15 years experience of real estate finance, including origination, securitisation, loan sales, joint ventures & restructurings.

Nigel Webb acts as a Non-Executive Director, Credit and ESG Committee member.

Nigel Webb brings more than three decades of experience to Precede Capital, having led large-scale development projects at British Land, one of the UK’s largest property development companies.

Co-Founder of Canonbie Capital Limited – a real estate debt and advisory platform. Formerly Managing Director, Head of Structured Finance with Alvarium RE (previously LJ Partnership) and 10 years at Santander UK Corporate Banking, (previously Abbey) in her position as Managing Director of Structured Real Estate Finance.

Managing Director at TowerBrook. Previously, Mr Knoll was a Director of York Capital where he helped build the European distressed and event-driven credit business. He was Head of European Restructurings and led numerous formal and informal credit committees on behalf of York and other creditors.

Jay Kwan is a Managing Director, for Quadreal, Europe. His focus is on building the international portfolio, with an emphasis on investing in Global Cities in the U.K. and Europe.

Mr. Skibnevsky is a Principal at TowerBrook. Previously, Mr. Skibnevsky was an Associate at Goldman Sachs in London, focusing on Financial Institutions. Mr. Skibnevsky holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Luke Doramus is a Managing Director of TowerBrook based in New York.

Previously, Mr. Doramus was a Portfolio Manager at LibreMax Capital, where he was responsible for the management of all credit funds. Mr. Doramus was a member of the Management and Investment Committees as well as co-Chair of the ESG committee at LibreMax Capital, LLC. Prior to joining LibreMax as a founding employee in 2010, Mr. Doramus traded structured credit at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Doramus earned his B.A. as well as a certificate in Finance from Princeton University.

Elaine looks after the financial function at Precede Capital. She has an extensive career in real estate, latterly as Managing Director in Finance at Hines. Over her 20 years at Hines Elaine looked after pan-European offices, overseeing financial controls, policies and procedures, treasury, annual and quarterly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as various operational duties.

Ben joined Precede Capital from Kinetic Capital, where he was Director of Credit. He previously worked as Director, Credit at Urban Exposure Plc and has also held roles at Pluto Finance, OakNorth Bank, Santander, Clydesdale Bank and HSBC. Ben has built a strong track record of credit underwriting, due diligence, deal execution and portfolio management of loans across the residential, hotel, retirement living and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sectors.

Previously a Senior Vice President at Hudson Advisors, where he was responsible for the underwriting of European distressed real estate and real estate debt on behalf of Lone Star Funds. Prior to Hudson, worked at RBS focusing on structured credit.

Andrew joined Precede Capital from Addleshaw Goddard where he worked for over 4 years in the banking and finance team, specialising in real estate finance. He has extensive experience of acting for major banks and financial institutions, global asset managers, REITs and other corporates on a broad range of acquisition, development and investment financings covering the full spectrum of real estate sectors, including: office, retail, industrial, hotels, student accommodation and PRS.

Prior to Addleshaw Goddard Andrew worked at Hogan Lovells and Taylor Wessing. Andrew studied at University College London, and has some 12 years post qualification experience.

Michael joins us from LaSalle IM where he worked as a Vice President in the Debt Investments team. He actively involved in the origination, underwriting, and execution of whole, junior, and development loans as well as preferred equity instruments across all asset classes in Europe. His role included analysing assets/portfolios, modelling cash flows, market analysis; pricing of loans; setting up financial covenants; negotiating term sheets; writing IM’s; presenting at Investment Committee; and negotiating legal documents.

Previously, a Loan Portfolio Manager (Senior Associate) at CBRE Investment Management, where she was responsible for managing the Senior and Whole loan funds portfolios backed by most commercial asset classes and residential assets. With over 15 years of experience in real estate finance and investment, she has previously held positions at Mount Street (including 3.5 years secondment with DRC Capital managing their Senior, Whole and Mezzanine loan funds), Invesco, Pradera, Lloyds Bank and Hatfield Philips. Hanna has worked across transactions, underwriting, due diligence, execution and portfolio management.

Leon is an Associate Director in Precede Capital’s Credit team, working on credit underwriting, due diligence, valuation analysis, and deal structuring.

Jamie works in the legal team supporting both transaction and corporate workstreams. He was previously at Greenburg Traurig, LLP where he worked in the funds team, and prior to that he was at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Jamie studied law at Bristol University and has a keen interest in the intersection between law and technology.

Sandra has experience as Front of House Supervisor at Mace Macro, and Office and team support at Urban Exposure Plc and Hayes.
