Third Party Rights Act:

A person who is not a party to these Terms of Use has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the “Act”) to enforce any term of these Terms of Use, but this does not affect any remedy or right of any third party, which exists or is available apart from the Act.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

These Terms of Use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
