Recently, Precede Capital wrote an article for Estates Gazette the weekly business magazine published for the UK commercial property market.

Written by our very own Co-founder, Karen Dunstan, the article discusses how the collective impact of the global Coronavirus pandemic and the dramatic changes it has brought to all our lives has seen a rise of diversity and inclusion-focused protest movements, which have fed into this climate of rising social consciousness.

In these exceptional times where awareness of social injustices and the expectation for organisations to positively impact their communities have grown, there is a palpable sense that the ā€œSā€ in ESG is having a moment.
