Co-Founder of Canonbie Capital Limited – a real estate debt and advisory platform. Formerly Managing Director, Head of Structured Finance with Alvarium RE (previously LJ Partnership) and 10 years at Santander UK Corporate Banking, (previously Abbey) in her position as Managing Director of Structured Real Estate Finance. Susan started this business unit in 2006 and developed it into one of the largest real estate debt platforms in the market. During this time she was named Banker of the Year 2008 and Santander was the Lender of the Year 2016 in the Variety Club Props awards. Prior to Santander Susan worked for Bank of Scotland for 19 years, latterly as Head of Real Estate Finance.
