Hanna Danielsen

Previously, a Loan Portfolio Manager (Senior Associate) at CBRE Investment Management, where she was responsible for managing the Senior and Whole loan funds portfolios backed by most commercial asset classes and residential assets. With over 15 years of experience in real estate finance and investment, she has previously held positions at Mount Street (including 3.5 years secondment with DRC Capital managing their Senior, Whole and Mezzanine loan funds), Invesco, Pradera, Lloyds Bank and Hatfield Philips. Hanna has worked across transactions, underwriting, due diligence, execution and portfolio management.
She holds a MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School and a B.A. (Hons) in International Business from London Metropolitan University.
