Elaine Rizzo
Finance Director
Elaine looks after the financial function at Precede Capital. She has an extensive career in real estate, latterly as Managing Director in Finance at Hines. Over her 20 years at Hines Elaine looked after pan-European offices, overseeing financial controls, policies and procedures, treasury, annual and quarterly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as various operational duties.
Elaine acted as a Board member and company director for operating companies in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Netherlands, and various other companies including for Hines’ FCA-authorized operating company in the UK.
Elaine has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, from the Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is a member of AICPA – American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
