Michael Berditchewsky
Associate Director, Credit
Michael joins us from LaSalle IM where he worked as a Vice President in the Debt Investments team. He actively involved in the origination, underwriting, and execution of whole, junior, and development loans as well as preferred equity instruments across all asset classes in Europe. His role included analysing assets/portfolios, modelling cash flows, market analysis; pricing of loans; setting up financial covenants; negotiating term sheets; writing IM’s; presenting at Investment Committee; and negotiating legal documents.
Prior to LIM he was at Aerium. Michael has a Double Degree Masters in Management (Grande Ecole) and MSc. in Risk and Finance from EDHEC Business School, he studied Maths and Economics at the University of Strasbourg, and completed the Oxford Real Estate Programme at Said Business School – Oxford University.
