Lukas joins us from CBRE Investment Management EMEA where he held a role as Senior Investment Analyst, EMEA Credit Strategies. CBRE had a fund across two mandates: UK Senior Credit (financing income producing stabilised assets) and UK Whole loan (investment loans secured over stabilised or transitional assets and capex lending), sector agnostic with exposure to alternative / operating assets such as office, PBSA, self-storage, film studios. Lukas worked across deal origination, underwriting and execution with exposure to inventory loans, refinancings and acquisitions.
Prior to this Lukas worked at HSBC in the real estate finance team. He has an MA Economics from the University of Glasgow, and BA Economics from the University of Valencia. Hi hobbies include basketball and surfing.
