Daljit has overall responsibility for Operations – including People Management, systems and processes, office management, marketing, IT, Risk, Governance and digital transformation.
She was the former Co-Founder + COO of Urban Exposure Plc (LON: UEX), building the company over nearly two decades into the UK’s leading residential development financer and extending over £1.7bn in development finance and £3bn in real estate finance overall.
Daljit is a successful seed investor and Business Mentor at REACH – a scale up program created by Second Century Ventures, an early-stage technology fund.
Daljit completed an executive programme with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Fintech, and Oxford University Venture Finance Programme. Regular attendee at the world’s leading tech industry conferences. BA (Hons) in Business and Media at Middlesex University.
Member of Chatham House and the Milken Institute.
